4. Cancellation and Refund Policy

Bookings can be cancelled up to 24 hours before the scheduled visit for a full refund. Cancellations made less than 24 hours in advance will incur a 50% cancellation fee. No-shows will not be refunded. Refunds are processed within 5-7 business days.
